Our Services Include:
 
  • Initial Consultation to discuss your garden and requirements with a professionally qualified designer. This can include Advice on improving and maintaining an existing garden or a completely new design. We make a charge of £35 for this service, plus mileage if outside Ayrshire, but this is deducted from the cost of any design work should you decide to commission our services. A consultation usually lasts about two hours.

 

  • Full site survey and inventory, including soil analysis. This is an essential step in the design process.
                 

  • We will then go ahead and develop the design for your garden, initially producing sketch designs for your approval.  We will then produce scale drawings in full colour to communicate the design to you and also any detailed constructional drawings that you need to provide to a landscape contractor and, if necessary, to obtain planning permission.

 

  • We can produce all tender documentation and place the project out to tender to reliable Landscape contractors and manage the construction of your garden to completion.

 

  • We can source and supply all plants necessary to complete your design and if you wish will accompany you to a nursery to choose suitable specimens.

 

  • We also offer a garden styling service to help dress-up and improve your garden for special occasions such as weddings or if you intend to sell your property.

    Following a varied career as an Interior Designer,
    Fiona graduated with Distinction in Garden Design from the Scottish Agricultural College in June 2007.
    She was awarded the Best Student in Garden
    Design award in 2006 and exhibited at the RHS
    Chelsea Flower Show for the first time in 2007, designing the Stand for Mark Stoddart International Ltd. At Chelsea 2008, Fiona came runner -up in the Chelsea Hat category.
     
     
     

     
     
    For your Information
     
    Following an initial consultation we will provide a fully costed estimate of our fees, item by item.  As each item of work is completed, fees will be invoiced to clients.
     
    Plants will be supplied on receipt of a 50% deposit.
     
    We do occasionally need to engage the services of other specialists such as Structural Engineers, their fees will be charged to clients at cost plus 10%
     
    We are fully insured.
